duat.gg is the official website for DUAT, a video game in development. The site is informational: there is nothing to buy here, no accounts to create, and no user content to post. The only interactive feature is an email signup, covered by the Privacy Policy.

Everything shown or described on this site (mechanics, features, art direction, names, plans, and timelines) reflects current development intent, not a promise. Features may change or be cut, and nothing here is a commitment to release anything, anywhere, at any time. We correct this site when the design changes, but we make no warranty that any statement will remain accurate as development evolves.

DUAT, the DUAT wordmark, the scarab mark, and all site content (text, illustrations, code-drawn artwork, and images) are © Terran Ventures LLC, all rights reserved, except where noted. You may view, link to, and share the site freely.

Assets we publish for press use may be used for coverage, commentary, reviews, and news about DUAT (including monetized videos and articles). Do not use them to imply endorsement, to impersonate us, or in connection with scams, cheats, or unofficial merchandise.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, abuse the signup form, or harvest data from it. The email list exists for people who want development updates. Signing up addresses that are not yours is not clever, it is just rude, and double opt-in defeats it anyway.

The site links to services we do not control, such as Buttondown (email), Discord (community), and in the future Steam. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. The community server additionally has its own posted rules.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Terran Ventures LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, where Terran Ventures LLC is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

We may update these terms as the project grows (for example, when a store page, forum, or playable build exists). The current version always lives at this address with its effective date above. Questions go to contact@duat.gg.
